Firstly we only accept requests to link other websites from our "local" pages and to get on these pages your website either has to be about the place for which you are requesting a link or the business to which it refers has to be located there.
To apply for inclusion find your town or village (if you are in a city then you will need to look for your neighbourhood) using Find UK Places
Check to make sure you have the right place there are many different places called "Bury" or "Stoke"
At the top of all the local pages that we allow applications from your will find an "Add URL" button, click on it and from the list choose the most relevant section for your site. If you don't know which one to use then just use "Community or Local Charity" and we will sort it out later.
You will be presented with a form for you to complete and when you have checked over what you have entered then press submit.
It's always the same, the moment you press submit you realise that you have made an error. Don't worry just do it again. If we get two (or more!) applications for the same site we always take the last one and throw away the others.
If you cannot find your town or village use the feedback form to let us know what and where it is. We will add the location to our database and let you know when it has been done so you can complete your application.
